6-2. My account & settings (Mina Search Help)

When you login to Mina Search, “My Account” icon is displayed in the upper right corner of the window. You can move to “My Account & Settings” page by clicking this icon.
The following fields are displayed in “My Account & Settings” page.

User IDDisplays your User ID issued at the time of registration.
NameDisplays your name you entered at the time of registration.
Expiration DateDisplays expiration date of your account. The expiration date is automatically extended for three years when you login to the Mina Search or enter the Tokyo Main Library or Kansai-kan Library.
However, if you need to resubmit a document showing the condition of your disability, the above methods do not extend the validity period, so it is necessary to extend the validity period by mail, fax, or telephone. Availability of Data Transmission Service for Persons with Print DisabilitiesDisplays “Available” if you’ve already been registered to Data Transmission Service for Persons with Print Disabilities. Displays “Not available” if you have not been registered to this service. If you would like to register for this service, please click “Review or update user information” button and apply for “Data Transmission Service for Persons with Print Disabilities” at the next window.
Last loginDisplays the date of your previous login.
