4-1. List of search results (Mina Search Help)
Click the Search (magnifying glass) icon to display a list of search results beneath the search parameters.
The maximum number of search results displayed is 10,000.

| 1 | Number of results and sort options | You can see the number of results, number of items displayed on screen, and sort options. The number of results displayed in the results of full-text searches are sometimes fewer than the specified number of items per page, because materials from the National Diet Library Digital Collections that are not displayed in Mina Search are excluded. |
| 2 | Pagination | Click the button on the far right to display the next page of the list of search results or click the middle button to display the previous page. Click the button on the far left to display the start of the list. Also, go directly to any page by clicking the page number shown at the bottom. If "Group by title" is enabled, you can only move to the previous or next search results list page. |
| 3 | Bibliographic information | This is a list of bibliographies when searching with "Group by title" enabled. For magazines, the volume number is displayed in conjunction with the title. Number, material format, title, author, original publisher, original publication year, and producer are displayed. When a search term is found in a table of contents or content details, a summary comprising 50 characters before and 50 characters after the search term is displayed. If the search term is found in the main text, it will be displayed as the main text. Other displays are as follows Download: A download button is displayed when logged in to the Data Transmission Service for Persons with Print Disabilities. Click the button to download the content. Non-proofread: Text data generated using optical character recognition (OCR) processing is sometimes difficult to read, because it has not been proofread to correct errors. Under production: Indicates that some institution is currently creating a material for persons with disabilities. |
